After you visit us at our booth you can walk over to the SBCA house and see the latest innovations to panelized construction field including the EcoSmart™ Stud!

The panels for the home were assembled at an 84 Lumber facility in Virginia and then shipped to the National Mall. The entire home will be assembled in just one day! That is one of advantages of panelized construction! Getting a house assembled and dried in as quickly as possible has always been a big deal in the construction of new homes or major remodels.

Panelized construction starts at the basic wall panels like you will see in Washington DC and goes all the way to modular homes that are assembled in prebuilt modules.  The EcoSmart™ Stud can be used in basic panelized walls to modular construction and every version in-between.

Offsite construction has been the biggest change in the residential construction industry over the past 20 years. The many advantages to offsite construction, no lost days due to bad weather, safety, less material waste, faster assembly onsite, faster build times in general.

The EcoSmart™ Stud fits right into offsite construction process just like onsite construction.  Both ways of building get all the benefits of using the EcoSmart™ Stud! We just aren’t that picky! We are out to help the industry as a whole!
