Build Update: Loon Lake -1 Taking Shape!

The Build at Loon Lake, Washington, is really starting to take shape! The missing gable wall in the picture is a change order by the customer. They decided to duplicate the other gable window wall. That has slowed the job down since we had to manufacture multiple long-length 2×8 EcoSmart™ Studs for the wall.

The combination of using 2×6 and 2×8 EcoSmart™ Studs and Flash and Fill insulation will result in an exceptionally well-insulated home, while also providing exceptional strength. The 3″ of 2lb closed cell spray foam (Flash) will embed the EcoSmart™ Studs into the spray foam from one end of the wall to the other.
