Build Update! Loon Lake #2, Framing Has Started

Framing is underway at the second build by Lyons Construction at Loon Lake. This new home is another build using a combination of 2×6 and 2×8 EcoSmart® Studs for the exterior wall. This home will be another highly insulated home that exceeds Washington state’s updated 2024 National Residential  Energy Code.
