As with any new product like ours, even though it’s just a part swap, it’s still new. So, we like to announce and talk about these early builds.

This build just north of Spokane should be breaking ground in a couple of weeks, and they are going to use the 2×8 EcoSmart™ Stud. The homeowner and architect are focused on energy efficiency and may even be looking at a Net Zero Home! That’s so cool to be part of!

We will have an open house at this home after framing is done, so stay tuned for updates if you live in the area.

We are working with the Colorado homeowners and builder to have an open house after framing is complete at that home, too. We will be at the EEBA training on Wednesday/ Thursday, May 8-9, in Denver. We are aiming for an open house on Friday the 10th at that home just north of Denver.
